Marinated Anchovy Event!
The First Marinated Anchovy Event was organized with the attendance of 250 participants (academic-administrative staff and students from our university) with the coordination of Prof. Dr Özkan Özden (the Head of Seafood Processing Technology Programme).
We would like to thank Erdoğan Kartal (the head of the Fisheries Cooperative (Sür-Koop) Istanbul Region) for their contribution and also to the organization of our second and third-grade students before their final exams.
